Description
Serrated knife for easily slicing bread and foods with a hard crust. The ZWILLING Four Star is manufactured in Germany, and this version of the classic model features a handle made of FSC®-certified Kotibe wood.
The 20 cm blade is forged from a single piece of ZWILLING special steel alloy and is ice-hardened using the FRIODUR® process for long-lasting sharpness and corrosion resistance. The serrated blade cuts through hard crusts easily without unnecessary pressing or crushing the soft interior of the bread.
