Use and care

Cast iron requires simple maintenance to retain its properties and appearance.

• Do not wash in the dishwasher

• Clean the cast iron part with a dry or slightly damp cloth

• Do not soak in water

• Clean the wooden lid by hand and protect it with suitable wood oil when necessary
