Maintenance and protection
Cast iron gets better with time. Each Skeppshult product comes pre-seasoned with organic rapeseed oil and is ready to use.
- Wash by hand; soap is not necessary
- Dry thoroughly after washing, preferably on the stove
- Re-oil as needed to maintain the natural protective patina
