A compact and precise knife for peeling, cleaning, cutting, and garnishing fruit and vegetables. ZWILLING Four Star is manufactured in Germany, and this version comes with a handle made of FSC®-certified Kotibé wood.
The short 10 cm blade allows for precise control during delicate kitchen tasks. It is forged from a single piece of ZWILLING special formula steel and ice-hardened using the FRIODUR® process for long-lasting sharpness and corrosion resistance.
