Care and protection

Cast iron develops a natural protective patina over time that improves surface properties. The vessel comes pre-seasoned with organic rapeseed oil and is ready for first use.

• Hand wash; soap is not necessary

• Apply a thin layer of oil as needed to maintain and restore the protective patina
